The Texas Naloxone Project began in 2023.

In Texas, we have organized a team consisting of pharmacy leaders, medical staff, and community advocates. We continue to arrange meetings with Legislatures and provider groups.

Naloxone has FDA over-the-counter approval, and we aim to improve the accessibility of this medication for those with opioid use disorder in our rural and metropolitan areas.
